Ambassador Hassan Soroosh, along with the family, embassy staff and participants from the Afghan diaspora community and friends of Afghanistan from Canada, raised the national flag at the Ottawa city hall honoring the 103rd anniversary of the restoration of Afghanistan’s independence.
