AMBASSADOR HASSAN SOROOSH DISCUSSES THE CURRENT MULTIFACETED CRISES IN AFGHANISTAN WITH CBC AND TORONTO STAR

OTTAWA: JANUARY 5, 2023

In two separate interviews with CBC and Toronto Star recently, Ambassador Hassan Soroosh discussed the current multifaceted crisis in Afghanistan including the dire humanitarian situation and the continued violation of human rights particularly women’s rights in Afghanistan.

Ambassador Soroosh also spoke about the current priorities and operations of the embassy including the provision of consular services to a growing population of Afghan community in Canada and the United States.
