AMBASSADOR HASSAN SOROOSH'S MESSAGE ON THE TRAGIC INCIDENT IN VANCOUVER: "I am deeply saddened by the tragic incident that occurred in Vancouver last night. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, as well as to the Filipino-Canadian community. I wish those who were injured a swift and full recovery."
