Ambassador Soroosh Holds a Virtual Meeting With the Head of Afghanistan Chambers Federation and the Advisor to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce

Ambassador Hassan Soroosh had a virtual meeting with Mr. Ismail Ghazanfar, Head of the newly established Afghanistan Chambers Federation and Mr. Nabi Hakimi, Advisor to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan.
They discussed various aspects of bilateral trade and investment between Afghanistan and Canada. They further stressed the importance of greater collaboration and interactions between various chambers and trade support institutions in Afghanistan and Canada including through signing MoUs, convening joint investment roadshows and organizing business matchmaking events.
Mr. Azim Wardak, Economic Counselor and Mr. Hakim Nasiry, Commercial Attaché of the Embassy also attended this virtual meeting.
