AMBASSADOR SOROOSH PARTICIPATED AND SPOKE AT THE MADE IN CANADA EXPO
From June 19–21, 2026, the Made in Canada Expo was held in Toronto, bringing together over 200 vendors and exhibitors representing a wide range of sectors from across Canada.
Speaking at the opening of the Expo, Ambassador Hassan Soroosh noted that the event provides an exciting opportunity to celebrate Canadian innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence.
The Ambassador congratulated Mr. Kakar, a newcomer entrepreneur from Afghanistan and his team, for leading this important initiative. He noted that this achievement is a powerful reflection of the opportunities available in Canada and of the significant contributions that newcomers continue to make to the country’s society, economy, and communities.
The Ambassador also expressed his delight at seeing members of the Afghan diaspora among the exhibitors, showcasing their talents, creativity, and entrepreneurial achievements to a broader audience
