The First Flight by a Female Crew Takes Place in Afghanistan

Ottawa- February 27, 2021
The first all-female crewed flight with Boeing 737 was operated by the Kam Air from Kabul to Herat with two female pilots and four female cabin crew.
We express our sincere congratulations to the entire crew as they made history in the civil aviation sector in Afghanistan marking another prominent example of Afghan women’s talent, courage and dedication and their growing participation in various sectors in the country.
