The Embassy of Afghanistan in Ottawa will be closed on Monday, July 1, 2024 on the occasion of Canada Day.

با عرض تبریک به مناسبت فرارسیدن عید سعید اضحی به اطلاع مراجعین محترم سفارت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان در کانادا رسانیده می شود که سفارت و بخش قونسلی آن به روزهای دوشنبه، سه شنبه و چهارشنبه مورخ 17 ،18 و 19جون 2024 به این مناسبت تعطیل می باشد.ـ
د لوی اختر د رارسېدو د مبارکۍ په وړاندې کولو سره په کاناډا کې د افغانستان اسلامي جمهوریت د سفارت ټولومحترمو مراجعینو ته خبر ورکول کیږي، چې سفارت او قونسلي څانګه به د راتلونکو دو شنبې، سه شنبې او چهارشنبې په ورځو چې د 2024 د جون له 17، 18 او 19سره برابرې دي، په همدې مناسبت تړلي وي.ـ
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Consular Section in Ottawa will be closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, June 17, 18 and 19, 2024, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.

اطلاعیه
تحت شرایط خاص برای افراد ذیل صادر می شود:ـ (Entry Permit) به اطلاع هموطنان گرامی مقیم کانادا و ایالات متحده آمریکا رسانیده می شود که اجازه نامه مسافرت به افغانستان
۱ـ هموطنانی که در کانادا و یا ایالات متحده متولد شده و دارای پاسپورت کانادایی و یا آمریکایی می باشند.ـ
۲ـ برای هموطنانی که فاقد پاسپورت افغانستان، کانادا و یا ایالات متحده بوده و به شکل داوطلبانه و دائمی خواهان بازگشت به افغانستان می باشند.ـ
اجازه نامه مسافرت به افغانستان بعد از تکمیل اسناد و انجام مصاحبه با بخش قونسلی سفارت و به صورت رایگان صادر می شود. شرایط کامل اخذ اجازه نامه مسافرت به افغانستان در وب سایت سفارت تشریح شده است.ـ

په کاناډا کې د افغانستان سفیر ښاغلي حسن سروش د ۲۰۲۴ د مۍ په ۲۶ د افغان ټولنیزو خدمتونو مرکز د پرانیستې د اوومې کلیزې او پسرلنۍ مېلې چې د همدغه مرکز لخوا د تورنتو په ښار کې ترتیب شوې وه، ګډون او وینا وکړه.
ښاغلي سفیر د افغانستان د کلتور او هنر په معرفي کولو، د افغانانو تر مینځ د پیژندګلوۍ، په بېلابېلو برخو کې د بریالیو هېوادوالو ستایل او په کاناډا کې د مېشتو هېوادوالو لپاره د ټولنیزو خدمتونو د وړاندې کولو په هکله چې د نوموړي مرکز په هڅو او کوښښونو زمینه ورته برابره شوې مننه او قدرداني وکړه.
د افغانستان سفیر په دغه پروګرام کې په افغانستان کې د روان بشري او بشري حقونو ناورین په هکله خبرې وکړې او په هېواد کې د وروستیو سېلابونو په یادونې سره د نوموړي مرکز لخوا زیانمنو کورنیو سره د مرستې په موخه د یو صندوق رامینځته کول او د کاناډا مېشتو هېوادوالو د مرستو څخه مننه وکړه.
د افغانستان سفیر په کاناډا کې د افغان ډیاسپورا د لاسته راوړنو څخه یادونه وکړه او د افغانستان له خلکو سره د کاناډا د حکومت او د افغانستان د دوستانو د تېرو او اوسنیو مرستو او ملاتړ قدردانی وکړ.
په دې محفل کې د افغان ټولنیزو خدمتونو مرکز لخوا د افغان ډیاسپورا یو شمېر پيژندل شویو اکاډمیکو څېرو، ټولنیزو فعالانو او ورزش کارانو ته ستاینلیکونه هم ورکړل شول.

محترم حسن سروش، سفیر افغانستان در اوتاوا به تاریخ 26 می 2024 در محفلی که به مناسبت هفتمین سالگرد تأسیس مرکز خدمات اجتماعی افغان و جشن بهار توسط نهاد متذکره در تورنتو برگزار شد اشتراک نموده و سخنرانی نمود.
سفیر افغانستان از تلاش های مرکز متذکره در زمینه معرفی فرهنگ و هنر افغانستان، زمینه سازی برای آشنایی هموطنان ما با یکدیگر، تقدیر از هموطنان موفق در عرصه های مختلف و ارائه خدمات اجتماعی به هموطنان مقیم کانادا تقدیر نمود.
سفیر افغانستان همچنین در این برنامه در رابطه با بحران بشری و حقوق بشری فعلی درافغانستان صحبت نموده و با یادآوری از سیلاب های اخیر در کشور از ایجاد صندوق توسط مرکز متذکره و کمک های هموطنان مقیم کانادا به فامیل های آسیب دیدگان ابراز امتنان نمود.
سفیر افغانستان از جایگاه و دستاوردهای جامعه دیاسپورای افغانستان در کانادا یادآوری نمود و از حمایت های حکومت کانادا و دوستان افغانستان در کانادا از مردم افغانستان در گذشته و شرایط فعلی تقدیر نمود.
در این محفل همچنین از طرف مرکز خدمات اجتماعی افغان به تعدادی از شخصیت های برجسته آکادمیک، فعالین اجتماعی و ورزش کاران از جامعه دیاسپورای افغانستان لوح تقدیر اهدا شد.

On May 26, 2024, Ambassador Hassan Soroosh participated and spoke in an event which was organized by the Afghan Network for Social Services (ANSS) to celebrate spring and the seventh anniversary of its establishment in Toronto.
Ambassador Soroosh expressed his gratitude to ANSS leadership and members for their continued efforts to provide support and social services to newcomers and communities from diverse backgrounds.
Ambassador Soroosh also spoke about the current multifaceted humanitarian and human rights crisis in Afghanistan as well as the recent devastating floods in various parts of the country and stressed the importance of timely international support for the affected families.
Ambassador Soroosh expressed his gratitude to the government of Canada for all the previous and ongoing support to the people of Afghanistan particularly Afghan women and girls.
He further thanked our diaspora community and friends of Afghanistan in Canada for their sustained engagement in support of the people of Afghanistan and the Afghan newcomers in Canada.

OTTAWA: MAY 21, 2024
Ambassador Hassan Soroosh participated and spoke at a parliamentary event on gender apartheid in Afghanistan which was co-hosted by Canada’s Feminist Forum for Afghanistan, Women’s Regional Network and a distinguished group of MPs and Senators in Ottawa.
Ambassador Soroosh spoke about the current multifaceted crisis in Afghanistan and the fact that women continue to suffer the brunt of this tragic situation in the country.
Ambassador Soroosh thanked all the co-organizers and participants for being a strong and consistent voice for Afghan women and girls. He further expressed his gratitude to all distinguished friends of Afghanistan in the House and Senate for keeping the situation of women and girls in Afghanistan high on the agenda.
Ambassador Soroosh stated that codifying gender apartheid will create the required legal framework and will help a stronger response to women’s rights violations in Afghanistan.
He also expressed his gratefulness to the Government of Canada for the previous and ongoing support to the people of Afghanistan including through humanitarian, resettlement and advocacy efforts.

Ambassador Hassan Soroosh participated and spoke in the Global Insights event hosted by the John Molson International Business Association at Concordia University in Montreal.
Ambassador Soroosh spoke about the role of diplomacy and international trade in today’s world and shared his experience as a diplomat with the participants.
He explained about the current tragic humanitarian and human rights situation in Afghanistan under the Taliban including their repressive polices and practices that aim to erase women and girls from public life.
Ambassador Soroosh also briefly spoke about Afghanistan-centered regional cooperation strategy during the Republic and presented some examples of regional trade and connectivity initiatives in that context.
Ambassador Soroosh expressed his gratefulness to Canada and friends of Afghanistan in Canada for the sustained commitment and support to the people of Afghanistan.
